Where are my activation codes?

Check your email inbox and junk folders.
If your payment for 2checkout was by debit or credit card, or PayPal, at the end of the purchase process they sent to you, by email, the instructions to access your 'MyAccount', a personalized site where you have access to the download link, activation codes, invoice and other information related to your purchase.
If you you pay by transfer, or cash, the instructions to enter to 'MyAccount' will be sent to you when your payment is confirmed.
If you don't have the email message, or can't access 'MyAccount', write us through this Form with your purchase reference.
You will receive your Activation Codes by email in 1 to 2 business days, since they are processed manually. Check your inbox and spam folders. If you have not received them in 3 days, write to us through the MercadoPago message system.
In purchases by physical stores or physical shipping distributors, your Activation Codes are on the CD-ROM cover, KeyCard, or printed manual.
Write us with any purchase reference you have, such as order number, License ID, or Buyer Name to locate your Activation Codes.
